The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH) and the Central Sanskrit University (CSU), New Delhi, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote mutual cooperation in the areas of Sanskrit, Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), and technology-enabled research.
This collaboration will help preserve and advance Sanskrit and India’s rich traditional knowledge systems.
“It will promote academic collaboration in Sanskrit, IKS, linguistics, computational Sanskrit, Vedic sciences, philosophy, and allied disciplines. It will include exchange programmes for faculty, researchers, and students to facilitate shared learning and joint research initiatives,” a statement said here on Wednesday.
