GSS Infotech Inc., an arm of GSS Infotech, will buy the US-based Nexii Labs Inc. The firm has signed the Share Purchase Agreement for acquiring 100 per cent shares of the target company.
“Nexii Labs will bring in capabilities in the area of automation,” GSS Infotech Chief Executive Officer Bhargav Marepally has said. Nexii Labs has a revenue base of $1.8 million in the financial year 2018.
