A total of 22 persons of 109 people hospitalised with fever have tested positive for dengue in the district so far, officials said.
Of these, four are children, they said.
Officials said there are enough medicines in stock to treat the affected patients. Further, the Elisa test would be introduced today in the Government Headquarters Hospital, they said.
Forty-five health department officials have also been going around the villages and attending to fever cases, they said.
