The Supreme Court has asked counsel for the Arunachal Pradesh Governor to furnish immediately his report that led to the imposition of President’s rule in the state.
The apex court has asked as to why it was not apprised about the latest development.
The Arunachal Pradesh Governor sought to maintain secrecy of his report recommending President’s Rule; the Congress opposed it in the Supreme Court.
Supreme Court has issued notice to Centre, Governor asking them to file their reply by Friday and posted the matter for Monday.
