Arvind Smartspaces, a real estate developer, has introduced an easy payment plan for its ‘Skylands’ residential development in North Bengaluru. The 10:80:10 scheme allows consumers to book an apartment by paying just 10 per cent without worrying about pre-EMIs until March 2020. The project, with 2, 2.5 and 3 bedroom apartments, is available at a starting price of Rs 50 lakh.
Commenting on the launch of the scheme, Kamal Singal, MD & CEO, Arvind SmartSpaces said, “The infrastructure development in North Bengaluru, including the proposed monorail, IT parks and large-sized townships, have developed the region into a thriving real estate hub. ‘Skylands’ is located centrally. The easy payment scheme will not only ensure flexibility in paying the amount, but also ease consumers’ pre-EMI burden till March 2020. The scheme is in line with our strategy to achieve customer delight by offering quality life spaces through an affordable and convenient route”.
The project situated at Jakkur, near Manyata Tech Park, is spread over 4.5 acres with 50,000 sq ft of open spaces.
