German luxury car manufacturer Audi today introduced the all-new Audi Q7 packed with a powerful 45 TDI (3.0 TDI) engine.
The sports utility vehicle churns out 249 hp (183 kW) of power and 600 Nm of torque, propelling the Audi Q7 from 0 to 100 kmph in 7.1 seconds. Audi Q7 sets new standards in terms of efficiency with fuel consumption figures that are best in class at 14.75 kmpl.
“India is a land of Quattro, and SUVs owing to their high degree of functionality are the preferred choice of mobility here. The all-new Audi Q7 encapsulates the cutting-edge technology that is at the very heart of the Audi brand. It is an efficient and sporty superlative offering, with even better dynamics than its predecessor,” Joe King, Head, Audi India, said in a statement.
Rajiv Sanghvi, Managing Director, Audi Hyderabad, said “The flagship SUV from the Audi stable has been the market leader in its segment. The new Audi Q7 with its progressiveness in design, driving dynamics and infotainment makes it the most aspirational SUV in the segment.”
Sanghvi said Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have registered about 11 per cent growth in overall volumes this year at 508 vehicles, with B&C Class cities contributing in a big way. While Hyderabad alone was witness to sales of 390 units, Vizag contributed 118 vehicles this year so far. The dealership has sold more than 2400 units in the State thus far, he said.
