Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd today launched a mega housing project in the city.
Tata Group, who started its first venture here in 1877 in the form of a textile company, Empress Mills, is coming back to the orange city after a gap of 125 years.
The project, ‘Capitol Heights’, will have 352 flats, shopping mall, multiplex, besides other facilities and amenities, Tata Realty, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Sons, said.
“There will be apartments, ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 BHK sizes, on 9.9 acres of land in Rambagh in southern part of city,” Tata Realty Head (Sales and Marketing) Cyrus Engineer told a press conference.
The project will be fully operational by 2014. Tata Reality will manage the property for a period of 10 yeas after completion or occupancy, Engineer said.
