Value and Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC) has launched Phase II of its affordable homes project, comprising 1462 apartments, in Bangalore.

The units consist of studio and one to three BHKs ranging from from 351 sqft to 1002 sqft. The homes are priced between Rs 7.72 lakh and Rs 22.24 lakh. VBHC has sold 1100 units and has handed over 400 units in phase 1.

VBHC said phase II will have 13 towers and 31 blocks. The project will also have a primary health centre, school, commercial complex and other amenities. The project is along the Chandapura-Anekal main road on the outskirts of the city.

Mr. Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao, Chairman, VBHC, said, “The launch of Vaibhava Phase II will provide home buyers homes at reasonable prices. The project is set to raise the standards of affordable housing, with several amenities catering to the multiple needs of the residents here.”

He said the company was able to deliver the first project in less than 24 months and was the fastest developer in the affordable home segment.

VBHC plans to launch nine budget homes across Bangalore, Mumbai, NCR and Baroda at a total cost of Rs 300 crore. The projects, in total, will have 2,500 apartments. Recently, the company launched a project in Chennai.
