Real estate developer Casa Grande today said it proposed to construct over 1,000 villas this fiscal and has projects worth Rs 1,250 crore in the pipeline.
“Casa Grande plans to launch more than 1,000 villas this fiscal and has projects worth Rs 1,250 crore in the pipeline for financial year 2013-14,” the company said after the launch of its project to come up at suburban Perumbakkam.
Casa Grande Managing Director Arun Kumar said Avalon is one of the few villa projects in the Sholinganallur belt designed to offer ample spaces in a duplex model and claimed pre-launch sales was very encouraging with more than 30 per cent sold already.
The villas range in area between 1,850 square foot to 2,500 square and are priced at Rs 1 crore upwards.
The project is scheduled to be completed by January 2015, the statement added.
