CNTC, a Beijing headquartered construction company, has entered the Indian real estate sector.
The company inked a partnership with Golden Gate Properties, a Bengaluru real estate developer, for strategic joint venture. The newly formed entity is called Golden Gate|CNTC.
The joint venture company will initially embark on two residential projects, ‘The Presidential Tower’ with an investment of ₹1,500 crore and ‘The Grand Tower’ with an investment outlay of ₹1,000 crore.
