Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has completed Phase 1 at Godrej Gold County, Bengaluru.
The company has commenced handing over the villas to its customers. A total of 33 villas are being delivered in this phase.
Godrej Gold County is spread over 12.8 acres and comprises 87 villas and 22 townhouses. Villas range in size from 2,611 square feet to 4,113 square feet, at prices starting from Rs 1.9 crore.
The project located on Tumkur Road is well connected being in close proximity to the Nelamangala-Bangalore Expressway, Yeshwantpur, NICE corridor, and the upcoming peripheral ring road. Further, Hesaraghatta Cross metro station is located near the project and offers excellent connectivity to all parts of the city.
