Godrej Properties has launched a residential project on the Doddaballapur Yelahanka main road in North Bengaluru under profit-sharing model.
The Mumbai-based real estate developer has entered into a joint venture partnership to develop the project which will offer about 69,800 square metres (0.75 million square feet) of saleable area and will be developed as a modern residential development.
Yelahanka is well connected to the airport and key commercial catchments of CBD and Hebbal.
Commenting on the project, Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director & CEO, Godrej Properties, said: “We are happy to add a new residential project in Bengaluru. This will be our ninth project in the city. This project fits well with our strategy of developing world-class residential projects in the country's leading real estate markets."
