The Hero Group has announced the launch of Hero Homes Ludhiana — a 16.48 acre project offering housing units starting Rs 40 lakh, the company said in a statement.
The residential project by Hero Realty Ltd is located on the Sidhwan Canal Road in Ludhiana.
“There are five types of units in the project namely - 2BHK + Kids Room, 3 BHK, 3 BHK + Services Room, 4 BHK + Servant, and luxury Penthouses with a choice of 4 and 5 Bedrooms,” the statement said.
Sunil Kant Munjal, Joint Managing Director of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. and Chairman of Hero Corporate Service Ltd. (parent company of Hero Realty Ltd.), said, “One of India’s largest problems is that while our population has grown exponentially, we’ve not been able to provide our numbers with the dignity of a well-appointed home. Such factors strengthened our conviction in committing ourselves to the real estate business.”
