Salarpuria Sattva has entered Coimbatore with the launch of its first residential project — Navaratna Residency — said to be the largest gated community project here. “The project has been planned elaborately to cater to the needs of all age groups with special consideration for senior citizens and physically challenged,” said the Head of Business Development at Salapuria Sattva Group Rajiv Aggarwal. Located in the heart of the city, close to Lakshmi Mills junction on Avinashi Road, the project comprises over 500 units in a combination of two BHK (1,240-1,340 sq ft), 3 BHK (1,640-2,149 sq ft) apartments, duplex and pent house spread across 8 towers. “We should have come here 12 months back, but as a company policy we do not make the announcement before getting all the clearances for the project,” said Sanjay Agarwal, Head - Marketing and Sales, Salarpuria Sattva Group. The Bengaluru-headquartered developer has priced it at ₹5,391 per sq feet.
