Around 45 per cent of millennial go on a business trip to meet their team members in other cities, while on the other hand, 42 per cent of the travellers go on these trips to set up a new business, according to a survey conducted by FabHotels, a budget hotel chain.
The survey titled “OnRoute- the Business Edition” mentioned that in the last six months, four out of every ten respondents have travelled more than five times on a business trip. Over 5000 respondents from across India participated in the online survey.
Around 40 per cent of the business travellers said that they mostly extend their business trip for leisure, on the other hand, 45 per cent responded saying that they do it on and off, according to the survey. It further mentioned that 15 per cent of the respondents said that they do not extend that their business trip for leisure at all due to lack of time.
