A 9.5-acre residential project Swarga Nilayam, described as an affordable housing project, is coming up near Kanchipuram.
According to a press release from the developers, the project is a joint venture between Synergyone Infrastructure & Projects Pvt Ltd and Wital See Marketing. The gated community project is coming up at Hanumanthapuram, about 42 km from Chennai. The houses will range from 640 sq. ft to about 977 sq. ft.
Wital See is a diversified marketing company launched in 2011. The project hopes to tap the growing demand for housing in the industrial hub of Sriperambudur and surrounding areas.
