BBCL, a Vummidi Enterprise, has announced a pre-emi offer for “BBCL Navarathina” valid till December 30.
The project is at Ambattur and offers 144 premium homes of 2- and 3-BHK apartment.
This scheme caters to buyers – end-users and investors – who can pay just 10 per cent of the apartment cost and facilitates loans up to 80 per cent, for which the pre-EMI will be borne by the developers. The buyers need pay the balance 10 per cent during hand over of the project.
Vummidi Ananth, Managing Director, BBCL, said Navarathina is the first green home project in the Ambattur belt with a gold rating’ pre-certified by IGBC.
BBCL Navarathina is located in Ambattur near Dunlop Factory and the Ambattur Lake and is close proximity to the best retail, entertainment centres, good educational institution and hospitals.
