My favourite airport : T2 at Chhatrapati Shivaji airport in Mumbai.
What I like about it : It’s new, with all up-to-date facilities, and the artefacts collected and displayed in quite a unique way, bringing together India’s ancient lifestyle and different habitats. Its functional, yet a treat, to feel the changing display as one walks through. Quite a challenge to accumulate such a collection and display it attractively.
What could be improved : Improvement can perhaps be through more absorption of AI technology to further ease the passenger interface with airlines’ staff for smoother check-ins.
Other airports that I like : The modernised Delhi airport. Quite contemporary but feels a bit crowded at times. Too many long queues at the security check lines. One may not be left with enough time to experience the other pleasures at the airport.
