1.Eating right matters. Green eating is not just a diet, it's a way of life. I eat fresh and green, less from the box and more from the earth. I drink a lot of tea and balance it with fruit and lemon infused water which is refreshing and energizing.

2. Having tried various fitness routines over the years, gym, walking, running, mixed martial arts, etc, nothing heals the mind and body like Yoga. Yoga is not a work-out, it’s a work-in.

3. It’s important for me to push my boundaries. I do personal fitness training early in the morning 3-4 times a week which beats the early morning lethargy and helps me stay fit.

4. At home, I head out to the garden. There is great joy in being in the garden. It inspires feelings of peace, gratitude, and abundance. The joy of nurturing seeds to saplings, plants and flowers is immense. Gardening is a great way to stay fit and burns calories. It strengthens the heart, bones and muscles.

5. A day at the farm beats a 100 reps at the gym. I work at my farm on weekends. I also take off to other garden nurseries and love experimenting with new gardening ideas. Fresh air and sunshine is hard to beat.
