New Delhi-based MyPoolin has won $250,000 in venture financing to expand its business from Qualcomm Incorporated, through its venture investment arm QualcommVentures. 

MyPoolin is the India finalist for the international QPrize 2015 venture investment competition. Qualcomm and Accel Partners each contributed $175,000 for the combined winner and runner-up prizes. As the winner of the regional finals competition, MyPoolin will move forward in the competition and compete against other regional champions for an additional $250,000 in venture financing at the global QPrize Grand Prize competition, taking place on September 9 in San Diego, California. Flip Technologies was awarded $100,000 in venture financing as the runner-up in the regional finals competition.

MyPoolin is a mobile peer-to-peer and group payments social network, which helps people plan and pool money through an app.
