Yoga holiday

Yatra.com has launched special yoga packages. The first packages are in Hrishikesh in the North and Kovalam in the South of India. They range from three to ten days. Timex has launched fitness activity trackers Ironman Move X20 and a GPS sports watch Ironman Run X20. The Move x20 (₹8,995) captures all-day activities, including steps, distance and calories burned, apart from helping you stay on top of texts and calls. For women who work out barefoot, Nike has launched an alternative called the Studio Wrap. It is a three-part footwear system (wrap, ribbon and flat) designed to give women a better workout.
