Santhimadom Builders, as part of its 27th anniversary, has announced its new project in Guruvayur, by offering five types of villas in 100 plots in seven places .
The company also announced attractive packages for those who give either full payment or 50 per cent for the villas. The booking is extended up to May 31.
Dr Shanthimadam Radhakrishnan, Chairman , said the new project is a continuation of the ongoing project of 517 villas, of which, 150 have already been completed.
He said owning a villa will be advantageous for NRIs and those who live outside the State, as they can rent it out or to stay when they are in their hometowns.
