Dhanlaxmi Bank shareholders have approved the appointment of Ashutosh Khajuria as Independent Director of the bank for five years with effect from March 22, 2025. The bank, in a regulatory, filing said Khajuria has over 44 years of experience in various executive roles in the banking sector and financial markets.
He was the Executive Director of Federal Bank for 7 years, and also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Credit Officer and Head - Treasury of the Bank over the years. Post his retirement from the Bank, he also worked as a part-time Credit Advisor of the Bank.
