Exide Industries Ltd on Friday announced the appointment of Mr Nadeem Kazim as its Director HR and Personnel. He is a post-graduate in personnel management and industrial relations from Xavier Institute of Social Services, and has 25 years of experience. He started his Human Resource career with Ballarpur Industries Ltd in 1986. He moved to Tata Steel in 1991 and served the company for 18 years in various capacities in IR and HR. According to a press release, he played a pivotal role in designing and introducing innovating HR practices for Tata Steel before joining Exide.
