Realty firm Godrej Properties Ltd has posted a 26.6 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at ₹47.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, as against ₹37.36 crore in the corresponding period a year ago.

Income from operations stood at ₹519.30 crore during the third quarter of this fiscal from ₹241.95 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Total income increased to ₹538.64 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 from ₹253.92 crore in the year-ago period.

The company said it has added one new project with 1.2 million sq ft of saleable area at Vikhroli in Mumbai. The company also said Q3 FY2015 witnessed total booking value of ₹548 crore and total booking volume of 701,729 sq ft as compared to total booking value of ₹428 crore and total booking volume of 513,641sq ft in Q3 FY2014. Residential projects recorded booking value of ₹370 crore while commercial projects witnessed booking value of ₹178 crore.

Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director & CEO, said, “During the quarter we completed Godrej One, which will be the new corporate headquarters for many companies in the Godrej Group.”
