Manjeera Constructions Ltd has recorded a net profit of Rs 10.15 crore and revenues of Rs 124.89 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 on a consolidated basis against a profit of Rs 9.95 crore and revenues of Rs 60.45 crore for the previous year.
On a standalone basis, the company recorded a net profit of Rs 10.30 crore on revenues of Rs 83.30 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2011, against a net profit of Rs 10.15 crore and revenues of Rs 60.45 crore for the year ago period.
The Manjeera Constructions stock on the BSE rose 5.88 per cent to Rs 117.90.
To pay Rs 1.50
The board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50/equity share with a face value of Rs 10 each for the year.
The Managing Director of MCL, Mr G. Yoganand, in a statement said Manjeera Retail Holdings, a subsidiary of MCL, is developing 8.3 acres in Kukatpally, an emerging IT hub here. This is expected to generate revenue of Rs 1,000 crore. The company has 26 per cent equity stake in GM Infra Ventures, which is developing a commercial property in Gachibowli.
