The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in New Delhi will continue to hear the petition filed by ousted Tata Sons chief Cyrus Mistry on Tuesday to decide on admitting or rejecting it.
The Mistry camp had moved the appellate tribunal after the NCLT ruling on July 9 in favour of Tata Sons. On Tuesday, arguments will continue on Mistry’s petition challenging the move to convert Tata Sons to a private firm from deemed public company.
