Rajeev Wagle has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Kuoni India. He succeeds Rajiv Duggal who is on a sabbatical for personal reasons.
Wagle was earlier with UTV Software Communications where he was responsible as Group Chief Financial Officer.
He was involved in concluding India’s first cross-border merger of two listed companies, obtaining funds under innovative structures from bankers and institutions for the media business of the company and implementation of an enterprise-wide ERP for the group under a pay-for-use model.
Wagle was associated with Kuoni India from 2000 till 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. He was involved in the integration of SITA, setting up of VFS and expanding its service to over 40 countries and setting up of shared service centres for accounting.
