NYSE-listed business process management (BPM) company WNS (Holdings) has won a strategic contract from the newly-formed Convex Group, a specialty insurer based in the UK and Bermuda.
The financials terms of the contract were not disclosed.
As per the deal, Convex Group has appointed WNS as a long-term strategic partner to provide insurance BPM services. WNS will provide processing support in re-insurance domain to design, build and implement a target operating model, the company said in a statement.
