Panasonic India Private Ltd, the electronics good and components firm, has tied up with Four Soft for automating its warehousing facilities across 28 locations in the country. The Hyderabad-based Four Soft, which offers information technology solutions and services, has deployed 4S eLog to automate the Panasonic facilities.
“This solution will improve functionality, cut down initial cost of ownership and simplify business complexities,” Yutaka Suzuki, Vice-President (Panasonic India), said here in a statement. 4S eLog is a Web centric warehouse management system that can handle inventory operations across multiple warehouses. Built on J2EE platform, the application is designed to support core operational requirements of global companies, a Four Soft statement said.
