MindTree Ltd and outgoing Executive Chairman Mr Ashok Soota, whose resignation is effective March 31, 2011, have jointly clarified Mr Soota's sale of MindTree stake. Mr Soota said, “I have no immediate plans for the divestment of my stake in MindTree.”
Mr Soota said that he plans to divest his stake to fund his new NGO and business venture in due course of time. Mr Soota holds around 11.24 per cent of MindTree shares.
