Tech Mahindra has formed a global services alliance with HPS, a Morocco-based provider of solutions to the cards and payments industry. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
“The alliance will enable Tech Mahindra’s financial institutions and payment processing customers to improve their cards and payments businesses by replacing legacy hardware and software with a single, flexible and cost processing effective platform,” Tech Mahindra said in a press statement.
HPS’ flagship PowerCARD payments technology will be available to Tech Mahindra’s customers worldwide as part of this deal.
