BlackBerry has launched equated monthly instalment (EMI) schemes for BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry Curve 9220 devices in India.
BlackBerry Z10, the handset that operates on the BB10 platform, is available for an EMI of Rs 4,799 per month for nine months. The device can be purchased on Axis Bank, Citibank, HDFC bank, HSBC, ICICI Bank, Kotak, SBI Card and Standard Chartered credit cards, the company said in a statement.
A similar scheme for BlackBerry Curve 9220 has also been launched, wherein customers can use their credit card to buy the device and pay an EMI of Rs 799 per month for 12 months.
The plan would be rolled out across 2,500 BlackBerry outlets by this weekend and will be available in additional 400 outlets by next week. Both the schemes come with no down payment, processing fees or interests.
BlackBerry has also launched a full year unlimited data plan at Rs 999 per year across eight circles.
