Mr Rajshekar Roy, CEO of Four Soft Ltd, has quit the company.
According to company sources, he is planning to start a venture of his own.
He had joined the company, which is into providing IT solutions for the logistics and transportation industry, in October 2007 as the COO and subsequently became the CEO.
Mr Roy had been instrumental in building the company’s market share across US and Europe.
