Provider of IT solutions provider for logistics and transportation sectors, Four Soft, has reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 47.7 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2012, against a loss of Rs 1.30 crore in the year-ago period.
This was on account of an exceptional item regarding goodwill impairment of Rs 50 crore towards acquisition of its Netherlands business during 2005.
During the quarter, its total income rose to Rs 34.62 crore from Rs 32.68 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
