Four Soft, which provides IT solutions and services to logistics industry, has posted a net profit of Rs 2.76 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2012, against Rs 1.61 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter were put at Rs 32 crore (Rs 30 crore), Biju Nair, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
