The US-based Hawk Ridge Systems has partnered with Geometric Americas, a subsidiary of Geometric Ltd, to resell CAMWorks, a computer-aided manufacturing solution.
CAMWorks, which runs on SolidWorks (a computer-aided design platform), is owned by Geometric.
On Thursday, billionaire investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala bought 4.5 per cent stake in Geometric. Jhunjhunwala, together with his wife Rekha, holds 14.55 per cent in the software and services firm.
