Lycos (Ybrant Digital Ltd) will announce results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014 on February 2. The board of directors of the company would meet on Monday to consider the results and other issues on the agenda.
Ybrant Digital, which is into digital media marketing solutions, changed its name to Lycos, the US-based digital media firm that acquired for $26 million. One of the first search engines and e-mail service providers in the world, Lycos had lost sheen over a period of time.
Ybrant Digital chose to change the name to cash in on the recall value of the US brand.
The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it would hold an investor call on February 4 to discuss the results.
