Lycos (formerly Ybrant Digital) has posted revenues of Rs 596 crore in the third quarter ended December 31, 2014, showing an increase of 29 per cent over that in the same quarter last year.
Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 99 crore, an increase of 49 per cent over the comparable quarter last year, Lycos Chairman Suresh Reddy said.
The board of directors met here on Monday to consider the results.
The company has two avenues of business. While the digital marketing segment contributed bulk of the revenues (Rs 493 crore), software development business accounted for Rs 102 crore.
