Riktam Group has launched a recruitment platform, ZinterviewAI, which helps employers to conduct interviews using AI-backed avatars. 

“Based on the job roles and eligibility criteria, ZinterviewAI generates questions for the job seekers and prepare a report on the candidates. This makes it easy for the employers,” Siddharam Shingshetty, Co-Founder and CEO, Zinterview.ai, and Director at Riktam Technology Consulting, said.

“Speed and accuracy are critical to securing top talent. Finding the right candidates remains a difficult task. Interviewers waste valuable time screening unsuitable candidates. Our platform helps streamline the process,” he said.

“We made a soft launch of our pilot in June 2024. It is now scaled to conducting thousands of AI interviews each month,” he said.

Riktam has raised a seed round of $2,00,000 for the product. “We are planning to hive it off into a separate company. We will use the proceeds to expand the platform,” he said.

“Zinterview.ai ensures interviews are fair and consistent by eliminating human biases, making it a truly equitable solution for diverse hiring needs. Candidates can take interviews at their convenience, enabling faster hiring cycles and eliminating scheduling conflicts,” he said.
