Den Networks said it has entered into a 50:50 joint venture agreement with Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd (which owns and operates digital commerce platform > snapdeal.com ).
In a filing to the stock exchange, Den said the tie-up was for setting up a television channel to be used as a market place platform to facilitate the sale of branded and unbranded merchandise and services, including vouchers offered by third party sellers.
