Teradata Corp. has partnered with the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) to sponsor the Fifth International Conference on Fuzzy and Neural Computing (FANCCO 2015) being held between 17-19 December, 2015 in Hyderabad.
The conference is being attended by technology leaders, managers, solution architects, and researchers from various universities, and practitioners from across multiple industry verticals. The event brings together researchers from academia and the banking industry to report and review the latest research made in the areas of fuzzy computing, neuro computing and hybrid neuro-fuzzy computing.
The conference aims to explore new application areas and to design novel hybrid algorithms for solving real-world application problems and also raises awareness among a wider audience including researchers, academics and practitioners.
“At the conference we will be showcasing big data analytics demos and use cases on how to effectively use data to gain competitive advantage,” Sunil Jose, Managing Director, Teradata India, said.
Vadlamani Ravi, Professor, Head, Center of Excellence in Analytics, said, “The Center of Excellence in Analytics at IDRBT has been evangelising analytical CRM (customer relationship management) in the Indian Banking industry for the last five and a half years. Teradata has been participating and delivering lectures on applications to solve business problems in the BFSI sector.”
