UST Global has acquired Renaissance Solutions Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based recruitment specialist for construction, oil and gas and a leading staffing and technology services company.
Renaissance services over 100 multinational companies in private and public sectors, including 15 Fortune 500 customers, a UST Global spokesman said here.
Talent need
Renaissance helps organisations respond rapidly to their talent need with a network of over four lakh skilled workers from across the globe.
"In the technology industry, the war for talent is escalating and clients rely on us to deploy the right talent at the right time,'' said Saurabh Ranjan, Managing Director, Global Operations, UST Global.
“Singapore is a global business hub and has attracted the best and the brightest in technology from around the world,'' je said.
Strategic hub
“Renaissance not only provides a strategic hub for UST’s further expansion in Asia and Australia but also fuels a global need for top-grade talent and industry-specific expertise.”
According to Vivek Ravindran, President of Renaissance Solutions, his company cut its teeth providing talent to the construction, oil and gas industries.
“Together with UST Global, we expect to take our expertise to other industries.”
UST Global is headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, and has operations in India, Mexico, Spain, the UK, Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore. It has a development centre in Thiruvananthapuram.
