VirtusaPolaris, an information technology consulting and outsourcing service provider, has launched VirtusaPolaris BankConnect, which is powered by Adobe Marketing Cloud, to create more personalised customer banking experiences across authenticated bank environments.

The solution provides a consolidated account list, giving users a 360 degree account view across their relationship with the financial institution through a comprehensive list of all transactions and presented offers.

It provides a unified account application framework across products and channels, and allows users to resume at any time, says a company press release. Financial services firms have been successful with engagement on their public websites but they have struggled to provide the same personalisation for existing customers on their authenticated sites, said Frank Palermo, global head of Digital Solutions for VirtusaPolaris.
