Spot rubber finished firm on Saturday. The market opened steady but covering buyers lifted the prices to the higher side as there were no quantity sellers in the market. The sentiments were also catalysed by the moderate gains on NMCE. The trend was mixed and volume low.
Sheet rubber was quoted at Rs.152.00 (150.00) per kg by traders. The grade improved to Rs.151.00 (149.00) and Rs.148.00 (146.00) per kg respectively according to Rubber Board and dealers.
In futures, the February contracts increased to Rs.151.25 (149.86), March to Rs.154.40 (152.82), April to Rs.158.25 (157.06), May to Rs.160.20 (159.80) and June to Rs.162.90 (161.00) per kg for RSS 4 on National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).

RSS-4: 152.00 (150.00)
RSS-5: 149.00 (148.00)
Ungraded: 144.00 (144.00)
ISNR 20: 145.00 (145.00)
and
Latex 60%: 119.50 (119.50)
