The Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) index decreased 73.82 points over the week’s trading sessions.
The CSE-40 index closed at 6798.79 points after opening at 6863.70. ACC lost 10 paise and closed at Rs 1497.
Infosys Technologies gained Rs 43.60 paise over the week. The scrip closed at Rs 2537.60 after opening at Rs 2494.
Reliance Industries lost Rs 7.10 after opening at 826.10. State Bank of India lost Rs 48 and closed at Rs 2248. Tata Steel gained Rs 10.60 after opening at Rs 410.90.
