The finance committee of the board of directors of Hotel Leela Venture has allotted about 1.5 lakh fully paid-up equity shares of ₹2 each, at a price of ₹23.34 a share to Rockfort Estate Developers, a promoter group company. The allotment aggregates about ₹35 crore. Shares of Hotel Leela edged down 1.8 per cent at ₹21.80 on the NSE.
