Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the company has signed the share subscription-cum-shareholders agreement with Geeta Monitors Pvt Ltd and infused capital amount to acquire 51 per cent stake in Geeta Monitors for an all cash deal.
Geeta Monitors has proceeded to allot shares as per the agreement.
