Metal, capital goods and PSU indices are holding firm on the BSE today even as IT stocks are yet to recover from the jolt delivered by Infosys’ guidance yesterday.
But while select stocks in these sectors have moved ahead, others are just holding on without any substantial gain in their prices.
In the capital goods sector, Bharat Electronics was a major gainer, up by Rs 49.05 at Rs 1,510, and L&T gained Rs 23.25 to trade at Rs 1,152.50.
