The board of Monte Carlo Fashions will meet on Tuesday to consider the financial results for the period ended September 30, 2018, and a proposal for buyback of shares. Shareholders would be keen to know the buyback size and the issue price. The stock, which had registered its 52-week high of ₹664 in January, has halved from that level. Investors will also evince interest on the mode of buyback (open market or tender offer) and promoters’ intention on participation.
